Hey I’m Jacqui. 

Im a therapist. I used to be an stress head. I felt insecure about myself most of the time. 

But it was ok, because I had my boyfriend who supported me. I loved him so much. He helped me if I had a panic attack and talked me through my problems.

One day he broke up with me. 

I fell apart. I felt broken. I needed help and support.

I went to counseling. Which helped a little. I found that talking about it helped me feel supported but I still had a deep wound in my heart. 

This wound effected all aspects of my life. 

I felt insecure when I pursued new relationships. 

I felt I wasn’t good enough at work. 

 

I thought that…

“if the love of my life didn’t think i was good enough, why would anyone else..” 

 

I happened to know a friend who specialised in healing. She offered to do a session on me. 

Instead of in traditional counceling which involved me talking about the problem and a few coping mechanisms such as exercising and journaling. 

My friend worked with me at fully healing and processing the scars and wounds. She helped me feel like myself again. 

 

 

Since then, I have devoted my life to helping others heal deep wounds and feel better.

 

I know that sometimes therapy can be expensive though. So, I wanted to offer something affordable.

I’ll briefly explain the strategy and how to prepare yourself for the healing. 

 

Video 2 – Guided Self-Healing Process

I’ll provide hand holding support as I guide you through my healing process. This process will take up to 20 minutes.

 

Video 3 – Extra Resources for After the Session 

This work can be full on. You are fully in control and its a gentle pace. However, working through these mental health concerns can be difficult so I’ve provided some additional resources to help you feel calm if you need them. 

 This course is gentle and simple, yet highly comprehensive.

It includes email support if you have any questions.
